With more than 30 years of residential construction experience, Craig brings a practical, field-driven perspective to Mind the Build. His background in the British Army and formal construction training in England have shaped his approach to leadership, craftsmanship, and problem-solving. His expertise in complex renovations, construction management, and skilled trades informs his commitment to education, collaboration, and industry advocacy.

Jen Fiorenza

With a background in business operations, preconstruction strategy, and project leadership, Jen brings a unique perspective to Mind the Build. She holds a Master of Science in Executive Management for Design and Construction from Northwestern University. Her experience navigating the intersection of design and construction informs her commitment to education, collaboration, and improving the overall build experience.
